In 2002, an Orée working group was created on the “identification of the basic principles for an environmental partnership between NGOs, businesses and local authorities” to organise a dialogue with the stakeholders. This working group looked at the local echelon before transposing the process to national level, without seeking to “standardise” the dialogue. The reflections of the working group resulted in the publication of the Vade Mecum of local concerted consultation; this guide was updated in 2007 to take legal aspects into account.
     
Orée is currently working with associations involved in concerted consultations such as Décider Ensemble, Confrontations Europe, EPE and the ORSE.


Orée also organises  conferences  and "cafés d'échanges" and is represented in different institutions.
